It's always nice to work with a company who's employees are responsive to requests and focused on the customer! Even with today's minor delay you guys are consistently quicker than any other provider we use when we request this type of info. I was beyond pleasantly surprised when I arrived at The Spa at WDC and was greeted so warmly. It just kept getting better from there. Once I was introduced to Jennifer I felt instant relief and calm come over me. She was so sweet in offering her best recommendations for my areas of concern. I decided she was the expert so I took all her advice. I received fillers and Botox and her touch was so gentle I barely even knew it was happening. My results were subtle and gorgeous which is exactly what I wanted. It has been 3 years now that I have been seeing Jennifer and she is the true fountain of youth.

I just wanted to tell you what a great staff you have. I had a procedure done last Wednesday and from the minute I walked in the door everyone was very professional, courteous and made me feel like a very valued patient.

Jessica went out of her way to make sure my insurance would cover the procedure and said she would follow my account to make sure it is paid correctly and will monitor my account. She was awesome.

Then there is Audra and Marcia who couldn't have been better. What a great team! They were exceptional and made me feel so comfortable. I was a little nervous but they both put me at ease and made me feel so much better about the whole procedure.

You have done a fine job employing people who truly care about their patients and it shows. Thank you.

I am not worried about the shortage of doctors. I've seen PA Marcia Starns on my last two visits and I have been very pleased with her. I will see her again soon on my next visit. Having full appreciation for the MD shortage across the country and understanding the high value of a good PA, I felt comfortable seeing a PA, especially one in your office.
